Conditions of use

Thank you for shopping with Hope Through Healing™ Publications. Please read these conditions of use before using this site which is operated by Hope Through Healing™ Publications. We operate this site for the purpose of advertising to customers and potential customers. By using this site, you signify your acceptance of these conditions. From time to time we may modify the conditions so please continue to review the conditions of use whenever accessing or using this site.
Our terms and conditions of sale
These terms will apply to all your purchases of items from our product line, whether you are ordering by mail fax, email or telephone. Please read this document carefully before placing your order. We may change these terms from time to time, therefore, please review them before you make a new purchase.

Payment

Orders can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, or by check through the mail. We will take all reasonable care to keep your order details and payment secure. One customer may purchase on credit up to three orders within 2 months, however this is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may not apply in some cases. A 30 day credit will be extended to all companies who request credit unless a previous problem has been noted in their payment history.

Credit/Collections

If the HOPE order is not pre-paid prior to shipping our product, payment is due within 30 days of the ship date unless we have a specific agreement on alternate terms. If payment is not received within 30 days, we will call to inform the customer of this oversight and expect immediate payment. Our follow up calls will continue until payment is received.

If payment is not received within 90 days, customer will receive a CREDIT HOLD warning letter and branch offices will no longer be able to buy on credit.

If payment is not received within 120 days customer will automatically be put on a CREDIT HOLD status. A status of CREDIT HOLD will be sent by priority mail notifying the delinquent customer that all future orders must be paid in advance or by credit card. No credit will be extended at the discretion of the HOPE THROUGH HEALING finance administration. All company branches will also be put on CREDIT HOLD until payment is received.

Once the account is cleared, the branch offices can continue to order on credit however the delinquent location will remain on CREDIT HOLD until reassessed by the finance administration of HOPE THROUGH HEALING for other terms of payment; or unless payment originates from a central payment office.

If payment is processed at a central payment office, CREDIT HOLD extends to all branches and all future orders of all branches must be prepaid with check (clear bank prior to shipment) or credit card.

Hope Through Healing reserves the right to special assess customers for alternate options to this policy.

Your agreement with us

A binding agreement arises once we accept your order as you have agreed to receive our product and have agreed to our terms of payment.

Receipts

In an ongoing effort to take part in rescuing our beautiful planet, Hope Through Healing™ Publications no longer provides paper invoices or extra shipping receipts unless specifically asked to do so by the customer.
After your items ship, the Hope Through Healing™ Invoice will be promptly emailed to the address we have noted on your detailed Order Form under the EBILL section. We kindly request a reply in order to safeguard that the E-billed recipient has received our invoice.
By request only, we will gladly mail your invoice by US Postal Service.

Shipping Policy

Our products ship from Mesa, Arizona. We use FedEx ground and USPS Priority Mail for all our products. Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours from the receipt of your order and our shipping department is open Monday through Friday. Most items are received within a max of 5 days from the ship day. If you need an item expedited please call for assistance. Express and overnight shipping options, including adjusted shipping charges can be quoted to you by phone. We will do our best to keep your costs down.
When the order is accepted by FedEx ground or USPS Priority Mail, a tracking number will be sent to the email address we have on file for this purpose. This service is for the convenience of our customers only. Hope Through Healing™ Publications cannot guarantee delivery on the exact date mentioned by this system; we are as much at the mercy of our shipper provider’s promised delivery date as are our customers.

Availability

Hope Through Healing™ Publications rarely has products on backorder; however, we must mention that all items are subject to availability. If any product ordered is on backorder, we will contact you as soon as possible to review your options.

Returns

Hope Through Healing™ Publications accepts returns or replacement of our product at any time, as long as what you are returning meets our standards of new condition. We do not have a restocking fee on product, however, we do not refund shipping fees you may have paid or owe through an open account on an unpaid invoice. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement, if the product, once received back and inspected, does not meet our new condition standards.
For returns or exchanges, unless Hope Through Healing™ Publications is at fault, the customer will need to pay the shipping cost to return any products and if the product will be replaced for any reason, the customer will also be responsible for paying the shipping cost of the replacement product. If your return is deemed new condition, you have the option of receiving a full refund (minus original shipping costs) or a credit to your account to be applied on your next order.

Damaged Product

If any product was damaged or lost during transit by our shipper providers we will send you a replacement package as soon as possible. Hope Through Healing™ Publications may need a photo of the damaged box or packaging, or the actual package itself in order to process a claim against the shipper. Hope Through Healing™ Publications will also need to inspect the damaged product and will pay the shipping cost to recover it, if deemed necessary, for inspection.
For lost packages, we will reship your order as soon as possible and will pursue the paper trail to determine where your package ended in transit.
If it is later discovered that your package was received in addition to your replacement package, you will be provided with the proof of delivery for both packages, and will be billed for all products received. You will have 30 days to pay. You also have the option of returning (we will pay your shipping costs) any unused and or unwanted product for a full refund or credit to your account.

Always refer to the instructions and templates we provide at no cost in order that your families receive a beautiful product, undamaged and complete through the mail. Our hope is that you will add your own local information and a brief description of your local support to each issue prior to mailing, in the center of the front side, which is left blank for this purpose. To motivate this idea, you may request instructions and templates anytime. Simply call or notify us by email.

Product descriptions

We have made every effort to display on our web site, www.HopeThroughHealing.com, as accurately as possible, the actual colors of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the actual product. You are welcome at anytime to request a free sample of any of our products.

Hope Through Healing™ Publications is not liable for any adverse effects due to any use or misuse of any of our products or their content or their implied or apparent suggestions or advice or counseling.
